WORK ABROAD IN BEAUTIFUL GREECE!
ITALIAN ( to mother tongue standard) Customer Services Assistant
Location
ATHENS, in Greece
(The job is located in a beautiful suburb near the beach in the smart and historical North East part of Athens)
The company
You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centres in the country. Employing several thousand people across the world it has offices in well over 47 countries and handles more than 20,000 market research and telephone based projects every year on a global basis
Salary
Euros 14,077 + paid over time
The job
• Taking in bound calls in this busy call centre
• Acting as the first point of contact for all ITALIAN clients
• Pro-actively respond to customer queries in ITALIAN and English via email or over the telephone
• Translate and input client information onto the in-house database
• Take all in bound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct ad hoc market research surveys for clients ( clients include travel companies, hotel groups, software companies, and marketing organizations)
• Data input and information management
• Liaise with the team leader to solve any escalations
This is a project based environment and there are real opportunities to develop the role and also within the company itself
First interviews will be conducted over the telephone

The team in Greece works in all the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Bulgarian, Romanian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Slovenian, Ukrainian, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Flemish and Swedish.

1. The HR department will assist you in getting a tax number, bank account and social security number
2. On arrival, you will be provided with hotel accommodation for 2 weeks near the office free of charge
3. You will be assisting by a Real Estate Agency who will advise you on finding an apartment to rent. You will also be offered advice if you wish to flat-share with a colleague
Practical information /the standard of living in Athens
1. Rents in Athens range from Euros 150- 400 per month
2. Transport should only cost Euros 35 per month
3. Living costs ( food/drink etc) is around Euros 80 per week
