CLIENT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ( B2B CALL CENTRE)
The Key client Account Manager is the first point of contact with clients and owns not just the day-to-day execution of activities but the ongoing retention and development of their accounts. This is done by
• Building senior level client relationships and establishing trust and confidence with all contacts
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
1)RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Manage all aspects of one or more client accounts (client relationship, financials, strategy, deliverables), with a specific focus on long-term client retention and profitability
• Working with Business Development team on programme design and implementation
• Manage a structured review process through Campaign / Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual performance evaluations
2) MANAGING STAFF
Manage and support the staff to generate quality results, through building up their confidence, motivating them to work and improving their skills
• Participate in overall management and development of the Client Services group
PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. Previous Key Client account management/ or Relationship Management experience
2. B2B call centre experience essential
3. Experience of having worked “up the ladder “ within a telemarketing call centre environment
4. Numeracy: demonstrated knowledge of budgets and P&L accounts.
5. Marketing Project Management experience
