Candidate sourcing - how do we find our candidates?

Referrals :

The primary source of candidates is via our reputation in the marketplace and a formalised referral procedure in which incentives are offered to propose friends, work colleagues and relatives. This currently accounts for 80% of all candidates placed.

Our Online strategy :

Our vacancies are posted on our web-site, which is updated weekly. Candidates register on-line. CV’s are forwarded via the web and within two hours of receipt, a consultant will follow up by telephone or email. We also have a number of partnerships with top recruitment web-sites together with graduate and university web-sites.

Advertising in the local and national press :

We advertise on a regular basis in a variety of newspaper and specialist publications.

Our screening procedure :

All candidates are pre-screened over the phone to ensure fluency in spoken English.
They are then invited to a one-to-one interview with a dedicated consultant.
Skills are fully tested (I.T. skills, numeracy, grammar, spelling, and languages).
We request testimonials from previous employers, copies of educational qualifications and evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.

After sales service :

We regularly monitor the performance of our candidates once placed with our clients.
We maintain close relationship with our candidates so we can pre-empt any issues that may arise. We also constantly revise the quality of our service through customer service surveys and review meetings.
